How to Build Muscle Up

Do you want to build muscle up fast and cheap? If your priority is to develop strength, we recommend you short training sessions, with long breaks between exercises and less training days per week. On the other hand, if you want to build muscle up and get bigger, you might have to train more often, make more exercise sets and shorter breaks between exercises.

One thing is sure: if you achieve more force, but your muscular mass stagnates and you know that your body is the type that recovers very fast, perhaps you should do some changes in your training routine. You can use the following tips for improving your physical condition and get the most from your weight training regardless if you are aiming for more muscles or more force:

1. Less than six repetitions 1. About 12 repetitions for each sets
2. Longer breaks between sets (3 to 5 minutes) 2. Smaller breaks between sets (maximum 2 minutes)
3. For each muscle group, choose a small number of repetitions. 3. Short or no break between repetitions
4. The ideal training schedule would be: 1 day training, 1 day off. 4. For each muscle group perform more sets (10 – 20 sets).
5. Increased training frequency, like 2 training sessions for the muscle group.

If you want to build muscle up, just remember that you need to find out the most effective training for stimulating all elements of the muscular cells. Try different types of training and note down the results. Is it possible to lose body fat while building muscle?

Is it possible to lose body fat with daily calorie limiting and exercise (keeping at around 1800) while building muscle with work-outs and protein? I’m 6’0 and 160. I eat around 2500 calories, but burn to get around 1800 overall. I’m supposed to eat up to 165g of Protein a day. Will the protein and work-outs still take proper effect while I lose body fat (if I do from what I’m doing)?
